We Guarantee Your Rose

Regan Nursery guarantees that your rose will be true to type—that is, it will leaf, the blossoms will be the color advertised, and you will receive the type of rose you ordered. Our guarantee is good through August 1 of the year purchased.

Please return the metal tag or rose label with your refund request. We will not issue any credit or refund without the metal tag or label. We cannot be held responsible for cultural practices or adverse weather conditions. We reserve the right to inspect any plant in question. (We pay shipping.) Send us your refund request via mail.
